Thank you for your interest and desire to serve with FCA. Below you will find a list of all the steps included in the FCA onboarding process as well as all the forms you will need to fill out. Please note that the process of interviews and gathering documents usually takes between 2-3 months. For that reason, we ask that you work diligently, have patience and stay up to date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your regional director or the leader who is walking with you through this process. Thank you.

STAGE 2 PROSPECTIVE STAFF
(near 6 months)


 STAGE 3  BOOTCAMP
(40 days preparation, 3 days BootCamp, 100 days home team push)

  • 40 DAYS PREPARATION

    - Subscribe on YouVersion Plan

    - Read the God Ask book

    - Take the BootCamp Preparation Basics

    - Prepare a list of potential partners (minimum 200 people)

    - Talk to the supervisor about the budget

    - Prepare a ministry presentation


  • 3 DAYS BOOTCAMP

    Take BootCamp training offline or online.


    - Talk to the NGD Office to figure out opportunities to sign up for the BootCamp.

    - Start weekly calls, meetings and presentations

    - Schedule weekly meetings with your HT trainer
